And we don not recommend any of the crazy Korean idol diets that you can see everywhere on the internet. Alternatively, we would recommend a healthy way of getting to your perfect body including a healthy diet and regular workout.

Ulzzang body diet 

A lot has been written about Kpop idol diets on our website and all of it can show you, how to get an ulzzang body. We regularly showcase Korean idol diets and suggest alternative ways of dieting. Most of these diets are unhealthy and not maintainable, in the long run. But what you can do is to take one of these diets and adjust it a little bit. This is what we usually recommend! Here is a list of Kpop diets that can be adjusted to your needs and situation:

What do we mean with adjusting them? Mainly, we want you to add some food to them. Sometimes for more variety and in other cases for a higher calorie intake. You have to understand that carbohydrates, for example, are your friends. As long as you eat good carbohydrates. On the other hand you have to understand that you lose weigh, when you burn more calories than you eat. It is actually a simple equation. As soon as you understand these two diet rules, you will see weight loss success. 

The following is an example for a diet plan that you could follow:

This one is based on the Suzy diet and can work for you, if you stick to it:

Breakfast: Salad – The variety of salads is amazing! A glass of milk. Alternatively, oatmeal with milk.

Lunch: Chicken breast and brown rice + broccoli, spinach, cabbage or other vegetables.

Dinner: Sweet potatoes and Chicken breast Alternatively, Salmon or other fish instead of the chicken breast.

Mix up these ingredients. Become creative and find recipes that mainly include these foods. Sugar is your enemy! Make sure to add no additional sugar, in any form, to your diet.

After we talked about the right diet and an example diet plan, please don’t skip this part! Eating right is like 70% of the ullzang diet. But if you want to get into the best shape of your life than you will have to workout regularly. Some might need to work out more than others, therefore you would have to adjust the following suggestions according to your personal situation.

You don’t need to go to a gym and you don’t need any equipment, to do the following exercises and you don’t have to spend hours of exercising per day on them. But keep in mind that the more work you put in, the bigger are the rewards. That is true, not only with working out. 


  • 1 Minute Mountain climbers
  • 20x Hip raise
  • 20x Squats
  • 20x Lunges
  • 10x Burpees
  • 1 Minute Plank

You can finish this workout within 10 minutes! If you have time left, do your least favorite exercise again.

These exercises are focused on the legs, butt, belly and arms. Because these seem to be the areas that people struggle the most with. Also these body parts are the ones that are most important for getting the ulzzang body look. 

How long will it take, until you get an ullzzang body? This will depend on where you start and on how sincerely you follow our recommendations. But one thing is for sure, you will see results pretty quickly.
