The Suzy diet and how you can lose weight in 2018
We all have different and personal reasons for losing weight. But the Kpop idol diet that I would like to introduce to you today might be the answer for anybody who struggles with their weight loss. The Suzy diet is the last diet you have to start!
For the handful of people who do not not who Suzy is, here is a little reminder: She used to be the leader of the Kpop girl group Miss A and is a successful actress. She is one of the most popular Korean idols these days and chances are that you have seen her face and her perfect body before.
Here are a few body measurements of her to make it easier for you to put things into perspective, when it comes to dieting like Suzy. Remember, we are all different and what works for one person, does not always work for everybody. But you will be positively surprised by this Kpop diet.

Suzy Diet Plan
Lets look at her diet plan. A lot of Kpop idol diet plans are rather extreme and therefore neither healthy nor recommended.
The following is the Suzy diet plan, which might be one of the healthier diet plans in the Kpop industry:
Your Breakfast will include: one chicken breast, one sweet potato and one cup of low fat milk.
Your lunch will include: a bowl of brown rice and different salads
Your dinner will include: two sweet potatoes
I wouldn’t say this is the most balanced diet, but there is nothing wrong with the food she eats. You will get your needed calories, minerals, proteins and fats. I imagine the servings are all rather dry and I am not sure for how long you can do the Suzy diet.
But you will lose weight eating like this, even after a week. Why? Because you are not eating any bad foods during the Suzy diet. There is nothing wrong with chicken, rice, salad and sweet potatoes! None of these will make you fat in the first place.
If it sounds boring to you to eat the same thing everyday, you should try to spice things up a little bit. Start with having different salads every other day. Have something with your sweet potatoes in the evening. Maybe some vegetables or some healthy Korean side dishes.
I think you should use the Suzy Diet plan as the core of your diet. Add some additional food and ingredients and you will still lose weight and feel healthy. I don’t mean that you should add Pizza and Ica cream. I am talking about healthy food that you can just easily add.
How many calories does the Suzy Diet have? The diet has about 900 calories per day.
Suzy Kpop Workout
There is not much that I could find about her workout routine, but be assured that she does workout regularly. And on top of that, she is dancing once in a while. 😉
I would recommend the following workout exercises for you:

Does the Suzy diet work?
This Kpop workout does definitely work. You can see it on her weight loss success story. But will it also work for you? Yes it will. You will lose weight if your calorie intake is smaller than the amount of calories you burn.
All of the food in the diet are good foods! If you stick to the Suzy diet and you follow the workout regularly, you will see results soon. I would supplement the diet with some Vitamin C, Omega3, magnesium and iron.
Having said that, please take in mind that this is a diet. This is not supposed to be your food intake for the rest of your life. Do this for a couple of days and learn to add healthy food to it. Build up your own version of the Suzy diet plan and see what works for you. What I mean by that? Add some vegetables to the dinner, have some fish instead of the chicken and try different salads.
