While looking through all the Korean celebrity diets, we discovered UEE weight loss. Its not a diet itself, but we will show you how the after school member lost weight and how you can do it as well.
UEE Weight loss
So how did Uee lose weight? If you look at pictures of her at the beginning of her career and now, you will see a huge difference. She used to have honey thighs and look what happened to her now. The question is, if this is actually possible to achieve without a crash diet. And according to statements by Uee, it looks like that starving was the first step in her successful diet. „I eat an apple in the morning, some sweet potato and water during the day, and I drink protein in the evening,“
That doesn’t sound very healthy, but it might do the trick. However, we don’t recommend this way of dieting, even if it might help in some cases. And it looks like that Uee herself figured that out after a while. She said the following in another interview: “I lost a lot of weight so people think I went on a crash diet for the drama, but while I was inactive and living a normal lifestyle, I naturally lost weight.”
I doubt that this weight loss came from nothing but Uee went on to give a few more details about her fitness routine which obviously helped her. “I go on the treadmill every morning, never skipping a day. Most days, I walk quickly for about an hour. If I don’t have a lot of time, I run for about 30 minutes. When I sweat in the morning, it’s so refreshing. I make sure to drink a lot of water and eat a light breakfast of fruit.”
This sounds great. If you only take away one thing from this article , make it this statement by Uee. Do the same routine and you will lose weight over time. This is a healthy way to lose a lot of pounds. But exercising and a light breakfast will probably not be enough. So what else does Uee do during her diet?
Uee tries to not surpass 1000kcal per day. Doesn’t sound much? Thats because it isn’t. But the success is visible and if you want to try her way its fine. Just listen to your body and eat more, if it seems right and necessary.
