What is Korea in a Box?

Korea in a Box is a subscription based technology company that delivers surprise Korean snacks, drinks, ramen, Korean cosmetics, clothes and other treats in a box directly to your doorstep every month.

Are you guys legit?

Believe it or not, we get this question a lot. Just Google us, Youtube us or stalk us on social media. We’re real people, you know, a Korean-German couple from Bucheon, South Korea. Contact us at info@ohmypink.net and make sure you follow us on social media.

How big is the box?

  • Original Box is 30″ x 27″ x 7″ (May vary slightly from month to month).

How many items are there in a box?

There are 8-10 different Korean products and other treats in the Korea Box. Including premium and exclusive snacks, swag and more! Trust us, we’ll be generous!

How much does the box weigh?

The box weighs around 500 – 1000 Gramm. The weight might vary depending on the products.

Can I choose the products I’ll receive in my box?

Not at the moment but perhaps in the future. But isn’t it more fun if you don’t know what you’ll get as long as it’s awesome? Just like getting a birthday gift every month. If you have any products you REEEAAAALLLLLYYY want, just send us an email at info@thekoreandiet.com.

Shipping

When do you ship? How long does it take?

For subscription boxes, we ship in the first week of each month. International orders (outside of Korea) may take between 10 to 21 days (in some cases a bit longer).

How much is shipping and handling?

Free internationally.

What countries do you ship to?

Worldwide shipping!

Do you provide tracking information?

We don’t provide a tracking information for now. But we are working on a solution for this.

How do I change my address?

Just send us an email at info@ohmypink.net with your name and your correct address.

I would like to send a GIFT to a friend. Can I add another shipping address?

Definitely yes!

I made a mistake with my shipping address. What can I do?

If there are any returned boxes due to a mistake made on your end, we will ask for you to pay for the re-shipping fee. At least $10 because, believe it or not, it costs us money and time!! However, if the mistake was on our end we will accommodate to ensure you receive a new box without any further costs.

Payment

What types of payments do you accept? And is payment secure?

We work together with Paypal which accepts all major credit and debit cards. We never store or receive your card details – they are securely stored on Paypal (www.paypal.com), our payment processor. If you are, for any reasons, not able to use Paypal or a credit for the payment, but you still want to receive our amazing box, just send us an email at info@ohmypink.net and we will figure something out.

How does pricing work?

Original Box – $39,99 for the month-to-month plan, $116.97 for the 3 month plan and $227.94 for the 6 month plan. The month-to-month plan AUTO-RENEWS. It AUTO-RENEWS, you know, just like a Netflix, DramaFever or Viki subscription or a gym membership. For the third time, the  month-to-month plan AUTO-RENEWS :).

When do I get billed?

Your account will be charge immediately on your first order. Subsequent recurring payments will be processed on on the same date of each months your initial order

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel anytime by sending an email to info@thekoreandiet.com. We will send you a confirmation within 24 hours. In order to opt out of the next month’s package, cancellations must be done before the 1st of the month. E.g. If you’d like to opt out of the March Box, you must cancel before March 1st. Why would you want to cancel?!! 🙁 🙁

Can I return or get a refund on my box?

Unfortunately, we do not support returns for products that have already been shipped.

Can I just purchase one-time?

Yes, just go to „Subscribe to Korea Box„, choose your box, subscribe and cancel before the first of the next month.

Hey, I didn’t authorize payment. Why did you charge me?

As we clearly mention in our emails, website and pretty much everywhere, the month-to-month subscription AUTO-RENEWS .

Miscellaneous

Do you provide allergy information or offer customized boxes to fit my diet restrictions?

Unfortunately, for now, we do not offer any customized boxes. If you have any allergies please take extra caution. Most snacks may have been manufactured in an environment where nuts and other allergens are handled. If you are unsure, please seek professional advice from a doctor. www. thekoreandiet.com is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by consuming the snacks and anything we include in the boxes. Please consume at your own risk. We will do our best to provide you with the descriptions in English. Some snacks do include English ingredient labels. However, due to the nature of our service it is almost impossible to list the full ingredient components of everything we send out.

Do you work with Youtubers, Instagrammers and bloggers?

Yes, we do. If you are interested, please send us an email to info@thekoreandiet.com telling us more about you and your channel/page, including number of followers/viewers and your monthly stats.
